Generally the Austrian Tourism Law applies and is basis for our business conditions.
Attention should be paid to:

Bookings via E-mail or Fax are compulsory after receiving a booking confirmation via E-mail or Fax.
In case of not fulfilling the arrangement you have to pay the total sum less the board.
A reversal of 100% had to be paid, if a room or an apartment is booked without board.
A reversal of 90% has to be paid, if a room or an apartment with breakfast is booked.
To safeguard yourself against this and other risks we recommend you to the closing of a travel insurance contract.
The Austrian law is applied
